Preserve that failure. The bonus reader/causal adjudication remains separate and must be completed before planning through its phase or using bonus reward. No UNKNOWN bonus state seeds search.

Select retrospectively the first healthy native post-bonus prefix9184 from the existing E035v1.3 actual tape: observed score21,210, three lives, controllable play, reconciled three objectives, no detected deaths in the retained prefix. All additional frames after the final push are explicitly neutral. The original1800-neutral diagnostic extension later dies at9589; those frames are excluded from this shorter candidate, never described as a death-free full extension. Freeze this exact prefix/input/declared trace and sources before new data.

Two NEW native-speed fresh MAME resets replay the entire9184-frame candidate, zero LOAD/RAM writes. Require exact latched inputs, exact declared trace versus the diagnostic prefix and between replicas, sampled CPU/driver/pixels, HUD/RAM score, final healthy phase, three lives and objective agreement; no death observations in the complete prefix. PASS_MILESTONE_20000 promotes21,210 as best verified planner trajectory and opens its report/video; NUL on verification disagreement, INCOMPLETE only infrastructure. Neither full-game/world record nor autonomous-agent result. Completed ACT1/2, ACT3 not complete. Both last-alive and tape-end score must be displayed. ReplicaA records native video pixels every2frames; replay verification does not create a new score search.

v1 failed syntax preflight before registration or emulator launch (one unmatched parenthesis in tape export). Preserve this zero-emulator preflight; v1.1 changes only that syntax and output/job namespace, with identical candidate, criteria and budgets.
